These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "Member") and 63boss ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://63boss.one and its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

These Terms govern your registration, access, and use of all features and services provided on the 63boss Platform. Supplementary policies — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms — are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the complete agreement between you and 63boss.
By ticking any acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging in to an existing account, or by using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as of the date of your first interaction with the Platform.
Access to the 63boss Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. 63boss actively employs age verification measures to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately terminated and all funds held will be managed in accordance with PAGCOR guidance.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the 63boss Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your registration information whenever any change occurs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 63boss will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. You must notify 63boss support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You may request closure of your 63boss account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your request, 63boss will process any pending balance withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing timelines before closing the account.
63boss is required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering law to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be initiated at the Company's discretion at any time during the account lifecycle.
KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following Philippine government-issued documents:
63boss may additionally request proof of address or source of funds at its discretion, particularly for high-value transactions. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or termination of the account in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Important: All information submitted during KYC verification must exactly match the information provided during account registration. Discrepancies may delay processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.
63boss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of the transaction. 63boss reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Processed withdrawals are typically credited within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — within 5 to 30 minutes; Bank transfers — same business day or next business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The 63boss Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. 63boss does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Any foreign exchange costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, 63boss is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Promotional bonuses and offers made available through the 63boss Platform are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires a verified, active account in good standing. 63boss reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses, circumvent wagering requirements, or engage in any strategy designed to derive a risk-free benefit from promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk gameplay strategies deployed solely during bonus wagering, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. 63boss reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaging in such conduct.
63boss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, except where continuation of the offer is found to be in breach of regulatory requirements.
All games available on the 63boss Platform are sourced from licensed, internationally certified game studios. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used in electronic games and the dealing mechanics in live dealer games are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 63boss does not manipulate game outcomes.
Specific rules applicable to each game category — including but not limited to Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Bingo, slots, and sports betting — are detailed within each game's own help documentation accessible through the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game interface display and server records, the server records shall prevail.
In the case of a confirmed technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round, 63boss reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. 63boss is not liable for winnings derived from a malfunction or error in game software.

63boss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
In cases of account termination resulting from breach of these Terms, 63boss reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, outstanding balances will be returned to the Player net of any applicable charges, subject to standard verification procedures.
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, databases, and proprietary materials displayed or used on the 63boss Platform are the intellectual property of 63boss or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 63boss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63boss, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game software licensors shall not be liable for:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 63boss Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to such dispute resolution procedures as may be prescribed by PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Company.
Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise concerns through the 63boss customer support channel. The Company commits to reviewing and responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
63boss reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a notice displayed upon login, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.4.
